8:25 am ~ 3/4 of a long john donut while shopping this w/donut princess (her fault of course!)
9:15am~ 1/2 cup choc granola w/cup of fat free milk after stocking pantry and finding a box almost empty and needed to be removed but not wasted.
11:am ~2 cups cottage cheese w/ sliced cherry tomatoes, I don't know I think it started with the desire for cherry tomatoes but they needed company???
11:10~ a handful of triscuit crackers because the salt and crunch sounded good.
As if this wasn't enough at 2:15 pm ~a trip to the Sonic drive thru for a #4 grilled ck on wheat bun w/side of tater tots and med size cranberry vanilla sprite, because I hadn't had a "real meal"?!
Because it just wasn't enough to jump the fasting wagon I had to go over a cliff!
You know if I could rewind I would have not taken the first bite this AM. Knowing this..me thinks I'm starting to become a conscious eater.

I hear ya. This is the hardest time of year for me as far as keeping my weight off. The Wii Fit told me to gain 2 pounds! Apparently it hasn't seen my gut and thighs, lol!
Yep, I dove off a cliff last night...it started with a healthy meal then ended up eating a piece of cold pizza, triscuits, an orange and a bowl of chocolate cheerios, a HUGE honkin' bowl, lol. Not funny, but true. I'm blaming Uncle TOM who should be arriving any day.
If you are driving off a cliff I am in the car ahead of you.
