It snowed here!
For about an 1hr and 38mins and well because this is a rare occurrence..we tend to go a little nuts!
To the point that when the weather man said “snow is in the forecast” we planned like it was happening by stocking up on coco and marshmallows of course sweet bread and soup. This would also include playing hooky from school.
The kids dragged out the ski bag full of snow gear and where dressed warm and ready.
They waited..and waited and waited for what seemed like forever.
Then it happened, 35min later.
A flake here..
another there and soon the trampoline became a slip~n~slide!
The kids jumped for joy!
While catching flakes!
Ready to roll
hoping for a snow ball fight
but happy just the same to see,taste and dance around in the flurry of flakes.
What do you think,
do they look like they had a great time?
Thank you Lord for these special times.
As my 11 yr old says “He heard me ask for snow to come my way and made it such a special day..”

It was such fun! My kids played out in it the whole time!
They DO look like they had fun! You should c'mon over for some real snow fun, though. ;-) My kids would be outside in shorts in THAT weather. ;-)
My kids' didn't play in it cause they were in school but the baby watched it from the windows. She loved it!!! Fun to see it through your kids' eyes!!!!!!
