UPDATE:
I don't have any solid news..Dr. G's first reaction was to examine him from head to toe 3x's then he went to his medical books..yes ~it was a long check up.
but I will say I feel good about his decisions during our visit.
Side note:We have insurance and have had a two family doctors since childbirth but when I had to use this clinic one weekend years ago no appts walk in only..the care was totally better and since then that's were we go first. All of the staff know the kids..and we tend to go there every 3-6 months..just so you know it's not monthly or weekly..anyways Dr. G is in love with Sissy's hair color as says so every time we visit ..he also says "she's is to smart for her age" (your telling me?!) he really likes "Troopers" real name allot that it means "wise man" might have something to do with it :)
Anyways Dr. G decided to treat it like an infection even though it's not in the area where the lymph would usually inflame..this might be an odd ball case(and since we are talking about the "abnormal appendicitis" kid whom was very young to have an acute one and the very same baby who was in NICU almost put on life support at 2wks old for a severe cold?!) however because there are no other abnormalities we don't know if the high dose antibiotic will do anything, so we wait 7-10 days..also decided to hold off on " blood test" due to the fact this started (we think) on Saturday so if there was anything to be found it would be to early to know. Test will be taken afterwards and he reassured me even if the lump goes away for "peace of mind" he would order mom a test and said "I know you and I are looking at this and thinking could it be? But let's not go there yet and besides it would be "abnormal" (there we go again..) for someone his age to develop the H disease."
So needless to say this momma is still concerned and doesn't "wait well"..after calling her dh to give a report she called her momma whose wisdom and comfort was timely "it's gonna be ok..don't think the worse, don't borrow the trouble.." and then she said "you know WHO you need to talk to about this.." MOM~I really needed that..thank you for reminding me and pointing me in the right direction again.
So I did
and I am
and I will
and if you would also continue to put "Trooper" on your prayer list then maybe his mom will chill..I (he) would be very grateful.

When something like this happens your first thoughts are "I don't want to regret anything.." so you take the necessary steps to finding out what's what..then you take more steps to spend time with the ones you Love all of them especially HIM..
Today I was reminded the only thing my little Trooper has asked me patiently to do since decorating the house for Christmas is hang lights outside.
Something I don't usually do as the electric bill goes up more but as soon as we got home guess what we did? It's sparse and there's no pattern but Trooper thinks I hung the stars..no regrets.
I love all of your comments/thoughts and knowing you care..I really love having you all remind me..it's ok.
I wish I could hug you..so in it's place I ask for His blessings on you for sharing my burden.
“Carry each other's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.” Galatians 6:2

I'm taking my middle one in tomorrow to the doctor's.
It seems over the weekend he developed a tender bump the size of my thumb behind his ear.
I don't know if it's a lymph swollen from all the allergy drainage or something more serious but until I know for sure it would make me feel better if everyone would lift him up in prayer.
Thank you & I promise to keep you posted..

Well of COURSE!! I won't try to comfort you with mere words. You are a mom regardless of what I say. I know you will worry until he sees the doctor.
