Can you smell it?

I don't shop at Albertson's usually and when  I do it's for a few random staples..(it's on the "pricey" side of town) however one time awhile back I picked up a mix for soup and there it sat on the pantry shelf until recently.

At one time I  worked for a special bistro in town and they would served this very same soup that cost $4 a cup...and here I just made a large crock pot full for $4 ...go figure and I had this here the whole time!

I'll be ordering some directly and wanted to share these with you all!

I made this Tortilla's Soup adding these variations:

• diced cooked Chicken
• Can mexi style corn
• Can diced tomatoes
• Calls for 7 cups of water but I add 2 extra to thin it out a bit. It's potent.
• and I rolled out a few mesa corn gordita's.

It's so good  my oldest wanted it for lunch recently instead of, get this ~ Pizza !
