It was to quite for comfort even though the kids were asleep because the cat "Indy" is usually leaping high and low chasing his own shadows or attacking my legs from under the computer desk and was no where to be found.
Thus causing me to investigate...for once I was curious
what the cat was up to.
When I found him he was buried in the kids stuffed animals like this...
After looking up to see it was just the suffocating tail pulling kids momma he went back to this...
probably thinking to himself "my secrets are safe with her". Do you know what he is doing?
Well here's another pix to help you out...
Turns out for all his wild ways he's still a kitten at heart and found a "momma bear" to nurse on.
There's a lesson in this...often we feel the need for comfort and to be cared for but it seems with all the pressures in this life we forget that we have only our Heavenly Fathers arms to run to...never being to big or to far away...
"So he got up and went to his father.
"But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and was filled with compassion for him; he ran to his son, threw his arms around him and kissed him."

I tried to send you an e-mail with my address yesterday. It was returned to me. I just sent another one hopefully it will go through.
Our hold tom cat, Max, tries to do that to ME! Makes sleeping au natural a little risky! Ha!
How sweet! We have had a cat and a dog in the past who used to do that. :)
I love your blog and I think it's very inspirational how you are able to find little bits of scripture that fit so perfectly with the various parts of your day. Thanks for sharing!
