Pond scum can be yumm ♥♥

Who'd thunk it?

So here's the deal.

While visiting a friends home one evening they introduced me to this concoction saying:

"it's good and healthy but be careful not to go over board..different greens do different things and can be toxic."

Surprisingly enough..it was good and I noticed instantly an energy boost from it!

So I started playing at home with it a few mess ups later this is what I've found.

Spinach is know as a mild form of green can still cause toxic reaction if you consume to much but flushing with water and eating along side it is OK, so I've found.

What's exciting to me is that it has help me to overcome soda drinking!

Works like a craving cutter too!

So here's what I do every other day..or sometimes each morning, depending on how my stomach feels. Listen to your body..it's the key!
  • a good liquefying blender
  • two handfuls of spinach
  • 1 1/2 cups of OJ (it's depends on how much you wanna cut the green taste..)
  • Apple cut and cored (peeled is less grainy, much healthier if you use organic)
  • and one frozen banana

Viola!

That's it..enjoy and just think about how good you are being to your body, by consuming your fruit/veggie servings you will lose unwanted weight in the process!

FYI: I've dropped 7lbs in 4days since cutting out sodas all together..this is exciting cause I really packed on the weight these past few months ;0/

Come on don't turn your nose up yet, give it a whirl you just might be surprised!
And share it with your loved ones..they may like it also..mine do!

19 "Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own;"

SO TAKE CARE OF IT! (more for me then you ;)

Glad to see you back on here! I came by just a few days ago to see if I had just missed something!

This is VERY similar to my green smoothies and they are great! I add a little flax seed and have used strawberries, blueberries, etc. My sister has also replaced the banana with an avocado and said it was great!

Unfortunately...I made so many that I stripped out my blender so I can't make anymore until I get a new one!
