lighting the way..

On my nightstand there's a stack of books supporting a cute little desk lamp that sits atop while luminating a soft glow for those late night "can't put it down" times.

It's soft enough to not disturb dh's sleep but bright enough to lend aide on a reading quest.

Often times I'll pull one of the "supporting books" from underneath for devotional times.

Here's what's currently there:

" My little book of promises"

 "7 Prayers that will change your life forever" by Stormie OMartian.

" Kisses of Sunshine for moms"

"Quiet moments of Wisdom"

"The Love Dare" 

And finally Our Family Bible engraved with the wedding date that started it all..


And until recently I hadn't noticed just how well all of these books support this little light.

Not just physically but also spiritually in more then one way.

Coincedence?

Not likely..it's more because of this..
